#Fitness – 5 easy hacks to achieve your body goals this year

An incredible amount of people have been asking me how to get their dream body.  Many of them seem to believe that there is a secret weapon against fat. The truth is, there really isn’t. It all comes down to what you’re willing to do for it. However, getting fit and losing weight doesn’t have to be that hard. There are small changes that you can make in order to feel more fit. I’ll tell you 5 hacks I like to use and what has worked for me.

Walk more!

If youre not a person who loves working out, you’ll like this tip. Walking is amazing because you don’t feel like you’re actually doing much, but it is really good for you. Take the stairs instead of the escalator, get off the bus a bit further from school/work and walk there, go on adventures. There are many ways to achieve more steps each day. I set goals to make 10.000 steps per day, especially when I won’t workout that day. I keep track of my steps with the StepsApp.

Drink enough water!

We all know it. You’ve heard it a million times before. Make sure to drink enough water. It not only helps to debloat and makes you feel more awake, it also speeds up your metabolism and makes you feel fuller. My tip is to keep a water bottle nearby at all times as a little reminder to drink more.

Eat healthy food first!

This is what I do all the time. Especially when I am on holiday or eat in a restaurant. I fill up my plate with healthier food that I eat before I go for anything thats high in calories and has little nutritional value. This way, youre already a bit fuller once you’re ready to indulge. Therefore, you’ll eat less of the unhealthy food.

Find substitutes to satisfy your cravings

How I stop bored eating? Instead of grabbing a snack when I am bored, I’ll have some chewing gum. The mint flavor curbs my cravings and keeps my mouth busy. Another favorite of mine is to have some tea, especially ginger tea. The zingy taste reduces my craving and the tea not only fills up my stomach but also helps me stay hydrated. After doing either of these, my cravings disappear.

Keep it simple!

The most important thing when it comes to everything in life is to keep it simple. Your nutrition, your trainings, your equipment, anything! Make sure that it does not involve a huge amount of work for you to eat healthy and work out. Pick trainings that you can do at home or go to a fitness centre that is nearby. Try to cook easy, quick and healthy meals. When doing so, you’ll be less likely to lose your motivation.

I hope these hacks will help you! Leave me some comments on what blogpost you would like to see next:)
